Therapy with children (birth through school age) focuses on improving language outcomes and speech perception skills, while coaching caregivers to utilize Listening and Spoken Language techniques within a variety of activities and daily routines.
Therapy with adults aims to improve quality of life outcomes for those who experience a change in hearing status later in life. During therapy, activities are geared toward supporting improved communication and understanding in social and work settings, in more complex listening environments, and over the telephone.
Training and Mentorship opportunities are available for professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of listening and spoken language strategies, or who are looking to pursue their Listening and Spoken Language credentialing through the A.G. Bell Academy (LSLS).
Home based therapy focuses on using the natural environments the child, or adult, is exposed to regularly in order to support language and listening development in activities of daily living.
Clinic based services are offered at our office in Cary, NC.
Teletherapy services can be provided to clients and professionals via a secure online portal.
